My mouth moved before I could even think. You can never have too much of this.
First, the corn soup, then the set salad arrived.
While enjoying the appetizer, the main dish appeared. Two cutlets! A generous portion that almost hid the accompanying salad!
As someone unfamiliar with beef cutlets, I was deeply impressed by the taste. The juicy texture when bitten, which I rarely experience with beef, was superb! And I kept eating it without stopping. When I asked the master's wife, she said they use wagyu beef loin heart. I looked it up and found that it's known for being juicy, packed with umami, yet light and refreshing. The loin heart is indeed a perfect cut for beef cutlets.
I also enjoyed the drink after the meal. The juice had fruit in it!
Also, pay attention to the interior of the restaurant. There are several signed autographs of players, including those from Antlers. You'll have to see for yourself which players they are! Some players would come alone when their families were away, and some were regular lunch customers until they transferred. It seems customers don't ask for photos or such, only quietly saying, "Good luck."
When visiting, look for the chef's sign as a landmark.
Lunchtime is usually crowded, so dinner time is recommended. I also visited for dinner this time. Please take your time and enjoy the taste that even captivates the players!
