2018 Shizuoka Camp Day 6

The Shizuoka camp is coming to an end, with only tomorrow's practice match remaining. Today, we had a morning practice for an hour and an afternoon practice that was delayed by about 30 minutes.

The morning practice was the first time at the Shizuoka camp that we trained under a cloudless sky. Yesterday, after the Youth Premier League ended, four players, Maeda, Onuma, Sasaki, and Sato, joined us and will participate in practice today and tomorrow.

The practice, which included throw-ins, passing and control, and ball possession, finished in about an hour. However, due to the sudden rise in temperature, the players' training wear was soaked with sweat.

After practice, Nakamura, Anzai, and Youth player Sasaki helped clean up.

In the afternoon, we confirmed set plays, just like in an official match, in preparation for tomorrow's practice match against Tianjin TEDA. We also made final adjustments with a scrimmage.

"We got off to a bit of a slow start in the first half of the league, so I want us to be in contention for the championship by the end. Of course, we are a team that needs to aim for not just one, but two or three titles, so I will do my best to make that happen."
