We've been starting with physical training every day, and today was no different, starting with strength training using weighted balls like medicine balls, under the guidance of physical coach Satouchi. When the players looked exhausted, physical coach Satouchi advised them, "Shout to gain strength," and the players, following his advice, shouted as they threw the medicine balls.

The goalkeepers warmed up with a separate menu and practiced catching and saving.

After that, we did ball possession drills and 4-on-4 training using cones as goals. One player positioned themselves in front of the cone, and if that player passed the ball through the cone, it was a goal.

We also played a mini-game.

The weather changed again for the afternoon practice, and it started as if it was about to rain.

The warm-up was divided into two groups, and we had a heading shot competition. Since the ball kicked from the touchline had to go directly into the net, it was difficult to score. Uchida held his head after a header.
We continued with another heading shot competition. This time, the player who shot became the goalkeeper, then the kicker, and so on, competing for the number of goals.

After the warm-up, we placed players on the sides and trained offense and defense from crosses. Then, similar to the morning practice, we concluded with a mini-game.
