Training began at 3:30 PM. According to ACL regulations, there's a set time limit for on-pitch practice, so the team warmed up lightly in the warming-up room before waiting by the side of the pitch for the starting time. After warming up on the pitch, they did some ball work, and the 15-minute public training session concluded, moving into a closed-door session.

Head Coach Seo Jung-won:
"We achieved our desired result away from home. This time we're at home, and the opponent is a strong team, so it won't be easy, but we want to get a good result for our supporters. Antlers have excellent individual abilities and a good balance between offense and defense. We want to prepare well and win. This is my sixth season coaching Suwon, and I decide the formation based on the opponent. Our players have high abilities, so we will use both a three-back and four-back system in the ACL and K League. Antlers have an excellent balance between offense and defense. The game will be a battle between the midfielders. The key will be whether we can prevent good passes. Their FMs also make excellent runs behind the defense. Our defenders must react properly. If they do, we will have chances. We want to make it difficult for the opponent."

Player Choi Sung-keun:
"Antlers are traditionally a strong team, but we are also a team representing the K League, so we want to play well and win."

The official press conference, held at 4:45 PM after the closed-door training, was attended by Head Coach Oiwa and player Suzuki.

Head Coach Go Oiwa:
"I expect tomorrow's match to be played in cold weather, so I want us to prepare well so we can play our own style of football and face Suwon Samsung. Since the first match ended with one point, we aim for three points in this game. We analyzed Suwon Samsung as a team with a very solid defense, centered around a three-back system. As we maintain possession and attack, I think chances will arise if we can exploit gaps in their defense, not so much from the midfield, but through the runs of our forwards or fullbacks."

Player Yuma Suzuki:
"I think it will be a very difficult game, and if we score first, we can play the game more easily. The strength of Antlers' attack is that our forwards constantly make runs behind the defense, so if we can exploit the wings from there or use the center, I think we'll create more chances like in the Shanghai match, and if we score, I believe we can win."
