The pitch and museum were opened at 10:00 AM. Shikao, Shikako, and Anton greeted visitors with high-fives in the concourse. Players also joined starting at 12:50 PM, participating in photo sessions. Before the Players' Onstage event, those who completed the Shika Rally were recognized. After Open Stadium 2017 concluded, players personally handed over items to the winners of the charity auction.
[Pitch Open to Public]
The pitch, normally off-limits, was opened to the public. Many people enjoyed entering the pitch, rolling around, and taking commemorative photos.
[Opening Ceremony]
The opening ceremony was hosted by C.R.O. Nakata and Mr. Takashiro. All players, except those on the national team or injured player Nishi, as well as Manager Oiwa and all coaches participated.
[Photo Sessions]
Photo sessions were held on the pitch, in the locker rooms, concourse, and interview rooms.
[Shika Rally Awards]
Awards were given to those who participated in all home games and events, including Zombie Stadium. Since there were many who completed the Shika Rally, winners were chosen by lottery, and the awards were presented directly by the players.
[Charity Auction]
In hopes of assisting those affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake, and the July 2017 Northern Kyushu Floods, a players' association charity auction was held online, exclusively for fans and supporters attending Open Stadium 2017. Winning bidders received their items, such as spikes, directly from the players.
