The joint company information session has started!

The session divided 31 Business Club companies and 202 students into four groups. Each company had approximately 10 minutes to present their business and interact with the high school students, followed by a rotation to the next company's booth. On the day, smooth guidance was provided using color-coded systems, and efforts were made to efficiently connect students with many companies within a short timeframe.

Although the time was short, there was lively interaction between high school students and companies, and during the free time at the end of the event, some high school students actively asked questions to companies they were interested in.

High school students were able to attend presentations from up to 8 companies. A post-event questionnaire showed high satisfaction among participating students, with many positive comments that served as a stepping stone, such as, "It helped me understand the actual workplace atmosphere more than just looking at job descriptions, which was useful for deciding on a career," and "Thanks to the kind explanations from the company representatives, my anxiety and hurdles for job hunting have decreased."

31 companies supporting the local community participated in the joint company information session. Each company made presentations that were engaging and informative, using actual work experiences, product demonstrations, workshops, slides, videos, and quizzes to convey their business content and the rewards of their work to the high school students, filling the venue with energy throughout the event.

The participating high school students came prepared after researching the companies in advance. It was impressive to see them seriously visiting each booth and listening attentively to the explanations. Their active questions and earnest reading of brochures conveyed a strong motivation and expectation to take their first step into the working world. In the questionnaire, many students reported, "I developed an interest in new industries" and "My interest in specific companies increased further," indicating that it was a valuable opportunity to broaden their horizons.

We sincerely hope that this joint company information session will be a wonderful opportunity for local high school students to work at community-based companies and contribute significantly to local revitalization in the near future.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all the companies and high school students who cooperated in this event.

Furthermore, members of the press from Ibaraki Shimbun attended the event, and a feature on the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB's initiatives was published in the newspaper at a later date.

The ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB will continue to carry out activities aimed at contributing to the community and society.
