This event, part of our corporate philosophy sponsorship activities (*) with companies affiliated with the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB, was held to provide opportunities for interaction, stemming from the regional issue of a declining youth population, who are the leaders of the next generation.
To host the event at Kashima Stadium, we set a timetable in accordance with soccer rules. This time, as a new initiative, we recruited single men and women aged 25 to 64 and implemented a two-part system divided by purpose.
[Event Sections and Flow]
Part 1 (Morning): Ages 45-64
・Purpose: Participation in a community not limited to "marriage" and building friendly relationships
・Participants: 16 men, 10 women
Part 2 (Afternoon): Ages 25-44
・Purpose: Meeting a future partner with marriage in mind
・Participants: 19 men, 11 women
・First Impression Time (30 minutes)
・First Half (45 minutes): Group Interaction, Self-introductions, Stadium Tour
・Halftime (15 minutes): Strategy meeting in the player locker rooms, divided into men's and women's teams
・Second Half (45 minutes): Antlers True/False Quiz Tournament, Free Time
Guests were welcomed in the stadium's main lobby, where they received name tags and simple profiles of other participants to help facilitate conversation.

On the day of the event, K3 Cafe, beloved in Kashima City, kindly provided drink services. Each cup was carefully prepared with the wish that today's encounters would lead to good relationships. K3 Cafe Master and our club's manager, Okamoto, struck a pose! The freshly made warm drinks helped ease participants' tension and create a relaxed atmosphere.

In the first half, men and women were equally divided into five tables to enjoy group interaction. Everyone's smiles were wonderful!

Halftime was a strategy meeting for the second half in both teams' player locker rooms! The "coaches" for both teams gave instructions: for the men's team, "It's important to be proactive!" and for the women's team, "Open your hearts a little more than usual and enjoy yourselves!"

For the second half, we moved to the M3 Lounge. Cute snacks combining matchmaking and Kashima Antlers welcomed the participants.

With the Antlers True/False quiz and a time of fellowship, conversations among participants became lively as time passed, and the event concluded in a harmonious atmosphere.
This time, there was no confession time, and the focus was on creating opportunities for matching, mainly through exchanging contact information. We hope that many couples and new friendships will be formed by utilizing this event.

ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB will continue to carry out activities aimed at contributing to the local community and society.
