How to Purchase Tickets
Purchase Tickets HereOn-the-day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the day of the match, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales booth outside the stadium.Also, individuals registered as players, referees, or coaches with the JFA, or those holding a "JFA Passport," can purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter at the SÓCIO Fan Club member advance price.

・Those registered as players, referees, or coaches with the JFA should present their electronic registration at the same-day ticket counter.
・Those holding a JFA Passport should present the app at the same-day ticket counter.
■Important Notes
・If tickets sell out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if any seat categories are sold out, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat category, but you cannot specify the exact seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be added to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats (unreserved) will not be sold at the stadium's same-day ticket sales booth. Please purchase them through "Kashima Ticket" on the day of the match.
・For those registered as players, referees, or coaches with the JFA, or those holding a JFA Passport, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be added to the SÓCIO Fan Club member advance price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from issuance to the gate terminal. If purchasing same-day tickets at the counter, please allow ample time to arrive.
・Tickets can be purchased via "Kashima Ticket" even on the day of the match. The same-day ticket sales booth may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Ticket."
■Regarding preschool children
For preschool children, if they are watching on the lap of an accompanying adult, one preschool child per adult does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat category. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

■For wheelchair users
The "Wheelchair Seat" is a viewing space exclusively for wheelchair users. Only one attendant can enter for free.
Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking lot. Since the number of seats is limited, please be sure to make a reservation in advance.

【How to arrive on match day】
On the day of the match, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair-only parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through the dedicated entrance (5th gate side). The attendant's ticket (QR) will be given at the reception.
【Notes regarding wheelchair seats】
・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.

■Regarding the sale of B parking tickets
・Advance reservations are required. Parking tickets for regular cars at Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 1,000 yen (tax included). You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance through "Kashima Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the number of available parking spaces.
・On the day of the match, please come to the B parking lot entrance and present your purchased parking ticket to the staff's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
