・For those who applied for SÓCIO or season tickets after Wednesday, January 10, 2024, various shipments will be handled sequentially once the shipping procedures for those who applied by the second application period are completed.・For those who applied for SÓCIO or season tickets after Wednesday, January 10, 2024, the information sticker (membership card) may not arrive in time for the J1 League home opening match (Matchday 2). Please use the app membership card until the information sticker arrives.
・The SÓCIO benefit calendar and continuous benefits are scheduled to be shipped after October 2024.
・New SÓCIO and season ticket members for the 2024 season, and new Freaks members with the IC card option, will receive an IC card membership card along with the information sticker.
・Benefits and optional uniform purchases for those who applied for SÓCIO or the fan club after Wednesday, January 10, 2024, will be delivered later than uniforms purchased during the first application period (until Monday, January 15, 23:59) at the KASHIMA ANTLERS ONLINE STORE.
