Only those who meet the following two conditions are eligible to request a change.(1) Those who have already joined the 2024 season SÓCIO, Season Ticket, or Freaks with a uniform option by January 8 (Mon./Holiday).
*Those who changed their SÓCIO benefit uniform to a "Stadium Coupon" or who did not apply for the season ticket/freaks uniform option are not eligible.
(2) Those who requested a name and number of a current player when applying for new or continued membership for the 2024 season.
*Those who applied for the "Original Name Processing" as an early SÓCIO enrollment/renewal benefit or "ANTLERS 12" are not eligible.

How to Apply
*To apply, you will need your membership number, name, contact email address, and the first choice player for your uniform that you registered when you completed your renewal/enrollment.
Notes
・Only name and number changes will be accepted. We cannot accommodate size changes.・If multiple change applications are confirmed, the change will be made based on the latest application content.
・If additional new players are announced during the application period, the selection options for eligible players will be updated as needed.
