This match has been designated as a "Voice-supported Cheering Operation Verification Match." Based on the J.League's guidelines for responding to the novel coronavirus infection and the government's basic response policy, the stadium capacity will be capped at 50%, and tickets will be sold for some seats designated as "Voice-supported Cheering Areas." Please note that this match will be operated with different rules and viewing conditions than regular matches, so please confirm these in advance before purchasing your tickets.
Please note that, with the exception of the "Voice-supported Cheering Areas," seating will be arranged in a normal configuration without spacing between front, back, left, and right seats. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets (QR tickets)" and "barcode authentication tickets (paper tickets)" will be accepted, as these allow for the collection of individual contact information from visitors.

*1. When using wheelchair-accessible seats
・If a wheelchair user uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair-accessible seat." One accompanying person can enter free of charge.
・You cannot watch the match while remaining in a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking lot. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair-accessible seats is limited, please make sure to purchase your ticket through Kashima Ticket and then reserve parking in advance.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair-accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About the sale of B Parking Tickets
・B parking lot will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashima Ticket and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, please hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use the B parking lot without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase them at the stadium's same-day ticket sales booth. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from Kashima Ticket on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporters Seat Home, the child/student price applies).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashima Ticket (J.League Ticket)
For Kashima Antlers home games, direct entry will be via QR code or paper ticket at each gate.
