■Schedule, Eligibility, and Number of Participants
・Eligibility: Elementary school students from 1st to 6th grade
・Recruitment: 15-20 students per grade
・Registration: 9:00 - 9:30
・Opening Ceremony: From 9:40
・Football Clinic: 10:10 - 11:40
※If there are many applicants, participants will be selected by a strict lottery.
Successful applicants will be contacted via the email address registered with their J.LEAGUE ID around 18:00 on Saturday, October 23 (scheduled). Please note that unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
※Those who wish to watch the Urawa match, scheduled to kick off at 14:00 on the day, should purchase tickets separately through "Kashima Ticket".

■What to Bring
Water bottle, comfortable sports clothing, soccer ball
※Please be sure to write your name on all your belongings.
※Please note that bringing soccer balls into the stadium is prohibited when watching the Urawa match after the event. We cannot store them at the gate, so please be aware.
※If you do not have a soccer ball, we can lend you one. Please indicate this in the remarks section of your application.
■Parking
Please use nearby paid parking lots.
※The nearby parking lot is Parking Lot B (1,000 yen including tax).
※Please purchase parking tickets for Parking Lot B through "Kashima Ticket". Due to the time it takes for data to be reflected, please purchase tickets by the day before.
■Notes
・Please arrive punctually on the day of the event.
・Please refrain from unauthorized parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・In case of injury during the event, only first aid will be provided. After that, it will be your own responsibility, and the club will not be held liable.
・The event will proceed in light rain and will be canceled in severe weather.

■COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines
・Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
・On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
・If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate.
・Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (school, etc.) or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Submit a health check sheet.
2) Thorough temperature checks and disinfection at the venue entrance.
3) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
4) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
5) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff if given.
6) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
7) Prepare your bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
8) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hand.
9) Promptly leave and return home after the event.
