■ Matches with Capacity Restrictions (Matches with Spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, matches will be held with a capacity limit of 50% (approximately 20,000 people). Seating will be assigned with one seat open on each side and one seat open in front and behind (checkerboard pattern), with all seats being reserved. Additionally, to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets" ("Kashima Ticket" QR tickets) and "barcode authenticated tickets" ("Kashima Ticket" paper tickets) that allow for obtaining individual contact information of attendees will be used.

・As per J.League ticket sales rules for matches with capacity restrictions, personal information such as "name," "contact information," and "address" must be provided at the window at the time of purchase, and identification documents such as a driver's license must be presented.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary if an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.

*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and in principle, the adjacent seat is empty, but to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if selecting a Supporters' Seat, the child/student rate applies).

For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch from the seat indicated on your ticket or IC card.
