I am extremely honored and delighted to receive the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Manager of the Month award for May. I want to thank all the fans, supporters, partners, local residents, and everyone who supports the club on a daily basis. And above all, I cannot forget my gratitude to the players and staff who fight alongside me every day. When Kashima Antlers was facing a difficult situation, the players and staff faced it as their own problem, and everyone fought with strong determination, and I believe this award is a result of that. As challengers, we will continue to fight in a way that remains in the hearts of those watching and touches their souls.
