Regarding Capacity Restrictions and Changes to Operating Rules
Following the lifting of Ibaraki Prefecture's independent state of emergency on Tuesday, February 23 (public holiday), the stadium capacity limit will be eased from 5,000 people to 50% capacity (approximately 20,000 people). *Added on Tuesday, February 23 (public holiday)

We would like to inform you about the match operation rules for home games held with a 5,000-person capacity limit, in accordance with Ibaraki Prefecture's independent state of emergency and its independent emergency measures (countermeasures).
Match operations will be conducted in compliance with the J.League's COVID-19 response guidelines and the viewing rules established by the club. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
■ Matches subject to the 5,000-person capacity limit (as of February 18)
Saturday, February 27, 15:00 Kick-off: Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League Matchday 1 vs. Shimizu S-Pulse
Wednesday, March 3, 19:00 Kick-off: J.League YBC Levain Cup Group Stage Matchday 1 vs. Sagan Tosu
*Please note that these details may change depending on the state of emergency declaration.
■ To all visitors
If you fall under any of the following categories, please courageously refrain from visiting.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, etc.)
・If you have a family member living with you or a close acquaintance who is suspected of being infected.
・If you have traveled to a country or region that has been subject to entry restrictions or a required observation period after entry by the government within the past 14 days, or if you have had close contact with a resident of such a country or region.
*Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing (preferably 2m, at least 1m) and avoid actions that carry infection risks, such as shouting loudly, singing, cheering, or congregating.

■ To fans and supporters of visiting clubs
・Considering the risk of infection spread due to movement, visitor seats will not be available for away games during matches with a 5,000-person capacity limit to discourage viewing away games.
・Please note that you will not be allowed to enter or watch the match wearing visiting team uniforms or merchandise.
■ Other
・Starting from the 2021 season, plastic bottles of 600ml or less will be allowed.
*Plastic bottles over 601ml must have their contents transferred or will be held at the gate.
*Frozen plastic bottles are not allowed.
