As part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, all seats will be reserved and arranged with a certain distance between them. To reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets will be eliminated. Only "electronic tickets ("Shika Ticket" QR tickets)", which allow for the acquisition of individual contact information of attendees, will be used.

* For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, so the adjacent seat will generally be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied by a preschooler, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing a supporter's seat).

*1. When using the wheelchair-accessible seats
・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat". One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game while seated in a wheelchair in any other area besides the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking lot. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of member advance sales (SÓCIO advance sales) for each match you wish to attend. As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase a ticket via "Shika Ticket" web ticket sales and then reserve parking in advance. The reservation period closes two days before the scheduled match day.
・On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for ¥0.

*2. B Parking Tickets are on sale.
・For 5,000-person capacity limited matches, B parking will require advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket) from "Shika Ticket" web ticket sales and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased QR ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use B parking without purchasing a QR ticket in advance. If there are vacancies, you can also purchase on "Shika Ticket" on the day of the match.
