Following the announcement by J.League on Monday, July 27, regarding the change in the effective period of the "J.League COVID-19 Response Guidelines," and in consideration of the spread of infections, we will continue to operate under a "Super Strict Alert" (5,000-person capacity limit) for ticketing and fan/supporter guidelines for at least until August 31 (Monday)*1 for affected home games.
Additionally, under the "Super Strict Alert" (5,000-person capacity limit), we have revised the system so that season ticket holders can select their seats via "Kashima Ticket" to attend matches (※2).
*1 The "Super Strict Alert" will be in effect at least until September 5 (Saturday) (as of August 11).
*2 It is possible to obtain tickets for the same category or lower as your purchased annual ticket for free.
