As part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, all seats will be reserved with a certain distance between them. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets and will only operate with "electronic tickets (Kashima Ticket QR tickets)", which allow us to obtain individual contact information for visitors.

*For preschoolers not occupying a seat, no ticket is required for up to one preschooler per accompanying adult. Seating will be arranged with a certain distance between seats, so generally, the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with their guardians in the purchased seats. If a preschooler occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing a supporters' seat).

・For matches with a capacity limit of 5,000 people, B parking will require advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket) from the "Kashima Ticket" WEB ticket sales and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased QR ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
