■ Solution
Please update your browser to the latest version. Also, please enable "TLS 1.2" in your browser settings.
Example: Setting procedure for Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click "Tools (gear icon)" and select "Internet Options."
3. In "Internet Options," select the "Advanced" tab, and if "Use TLS 1.2" is not checked, check it.
4. Click "Apply" -> "OK" in order.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.
