We are pleased to announce the results of the "Staguru New Hero General Election" held at the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial Club League Regional League Round EAST Section 15 match against Mito HollyHock on Wednesday, May 6 (holiday).
This time, Mercari Stadium Gourmet's BIG 3, "Ham Yaki," "Motsuni," and "Harami Meshi," were inducted into the Hall of Fame and excluded from voting. We selected the "menu" that rivaled the BIG 3 through votes from attendees.

--Shirasu Don'sこだわり (こだわり - unique characteristics/selling points)--
We use shirasu from a brand called "Hitachi no Kuni Shirasu," produced by Yasuju Suisan in Kashima City. We've been using it for about 10 years, and I think it's because the shirasu is delicious that everyone enjoys it.
Also, regarding the rice we use, we mainly use rice grown in Kashima City or Koshihikari from Ibaraki Prefecture, trying to use rice harvested as close to the local area as possible. I hope it continues to be a product that helps people get to know Kashima City.
