We would like to announce group ticket sales for Kashima Antlers home games in the Meiji Yasuda J1 League.
Our group sales service offers a great deal for groups purchasing 20 or more tickets of the same seating category for a single match, allowing you to buy them at the SÓCIO and Fan Club member advance price. Additionally, if you wish to arrive by bus, you can use our dedicated parking lot (space is limited).
If you are coming to Mercari Stadium with a large group or team, please consider using this service!
Conditions of Use
When purchasing a total of 20 or more tickets of the same seating category for each match.

You can purchase the following eligible seating categories at the SÓCIO and Fan Club member advance price.
This is 500 yen to 1,000 yen cheaper per ticket than purchasing at the general advance price!

*From the Meiji Yasuda J1 League, a flexible pricing system will be introduced where ticket prices change based on the opponent and time of year, with the above prices as a base. For group sales, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO and Fan Club member advance price for any match with dynamic pricing. *For matches with pricing categories ☆☆ and ☆☆☆, the West Zone will operate with reserved seating, but group tickets will still be available. However, the "Free for all elementary school students and younger at home games by Mercari" initiative will not apply, and elementary school students and younger will be charged the U18 price.
■Payment Processing Fee
A fee of 330 yen will be charged for every 12 tickets.
・For purchases of 20-24 tickets: 660 yen
・For purchases of 25-36 tickets: 990 yen
・For purchases of 37-48 tickets: 1,320 yen
Other Services
If you wish to arrive by bus, you can use a dedicated parking lot free of charge.
Sales Schedule
From the start of Fan Club member advance sales (for Season Ticket and Regular members) until approximately 10 days before each match day.

How to Apply
1) Application
・Please fill in the necessary information on the dedicated group ticket form to apply.

2) Payment and Issuance
・Within 5 days of your application, a payment slip number (13 digits) will be sent to the email address registered during your application.
・Please present the payment slip number at the Seven-Eleven store register, pay for the tickets, and receive them.
*For customers requesting bus parking, we will also inform you about the availability of bus parking. The notification will include a form for you to enter information about the bus that will be parked on the day, so please provide the necessary information.
3) Entry
On the match day, please hold the barcode part of your ticket over the gate terminal for entry.
Notes
・If the desired seating category is sold out at the time of application, we will not be able to provide tickets.
・The use of tickets for illegal resale is strictly prohibited. If tickets are found to have been acquired for the purpose of illegal resale, there is a possibility that the tickets in question may be invalidated or account usage may be restricted.
・Only unreserved seats can be applied for.
・The matches and seating categories available for application may change. If an eligible seating category is designated seating for a particular match, you cannot apply for that seating category.
・Changes or cancellations after application are not accepted.
・One "payment slip number" will be issued for every 12 tickets. If you do not receive a "payment slip number" within 5 business days after application, there may be a communication problem. Please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
・If the announced payment deadline is exceeded, the tickets you applied for will become invalid.
・Tickets cannot be reissued, changed, or refunded under any circumstances. Please be careful not to lose them.
・Bus parking spaces are limited. It may not be available at the time of application. Please be aware of this in advance.
・For groups supporting a visitor team wearing visitor team merchandise, parking may differ from other groups due to security reasons. If this applies to you, please be sure to answer on the application form.
・Wearing visitor team merchandise or engaging in activities to support the visitor team is prohibited in the Home Supporters' Seat / Unreserved. For other viewing rules, please check here.
・Even when applying for "West Zone / Unreserved (elementary school students and younger)" or "East Zone / Unreserved (elementary school students and younger)" which are eligible for the "Free for all elementary school students and younger at all matches by Mercari" initiative, a payment processing fee will be incurred. Furthermore, if you only apply for eligible seating categories, we may contact you to confirm the purchase of tickets for accompanying adults.
