To prevent excessive seat reservations and ensure that as many customers as possible can be seated, we have partially changed and clarified the rules. For Supporters' Seat Home (unreserved seating) only, for 20 minutes after the start of early entry, which is a season ticket benefit, only "seat reservation by sitting" will be valid, and reserving seats with only belongings will be invalid.■Applicable to
Those who use the season ticket early entry benefit and watch the match from the Supporters' Seat Home (unreserved seating) area.
■Notes
・For the first 20 minutes after early entry begins, no seats can be reserved with belongings or otherwise in the Supporters' Seat Home (unreserved seating) area.
・To reserve a seat, you must be seated yourself.
・For the first 20 minutes after early entry, please refrain from moving (leaving your seat) to restrooms, concessions, etc. If you leave your seat and only leave your belongings, your seat reservation will be invalidated.
・If belongings are left on an unoccupied seat, staff may collect them.
・Please note that we are not responsible for the condition of collected belongings when stored.
・Only one seat per person may be reserved.
・Even after 20 minutes have passed from the start of early entry, "excessive seat reservation" when leaving your seat in the designated area will continue to be prohibited.
Reiteration: Rules Regarding Seat Reservation
The following actions are prohibited:
(1) Intentional seat reservation or space saving in unreserved seating areas
(2) Reserving seats by individuals who do not hold the applicable ticket type
(3) Reserving seats for patrons who will arrive later
If security guards or staff determine that an item is being used for reserving a seat or space, they will remove or reduce the size of the items placed on the seat.
Examples of items that will be removed or reduced if used to reserve a seat are as follows:
(1) Reserving multiple seats using towel scarves
(2) Reserving multiple seats using tape or string
(3) Reserving multiple seats using flags or flagpoles
(4) Reserving multiple seats using cloths, tags, or other markers
*Items other than those listed above may also be subject to removal or reduction.
If the above rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave the stadium.
Additionally, if excessive seat reservation is confirmed (including after the fact), future entry may be prohibited as a violation of viewing rules.
While staff will do their best to address and caution against seat reservations, personnel are limited, so we ask for your cooperation in adhering to the viewing rules.
