Kashima Antlers does not permit ticket resale transactions outside of the official resale service. Furthermore, purchasing tickets for the purpose of illegal resale is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that tickets have been purchased for the purpose of illegal resale, the affected tickets may be invalidated or account usage may be restricted.

About the "Kashima Tickets" Resale Service
Customers who are unable to attend the match due to unforeseen circumstances can set a selling price equal to or lower than the price they purchased the ticket for and resell it through "Kashima Tickets."■Eligible Tickets and Conditions
You can resell tickets purchased on "Kashima Tickets" and issued as QR tickets.
The maximum price you can list will vary depending on the price of the ticket you purchased.

November 7 (Fri) 10:00 - December 5 (Fri) 23:59
*Transactions outside this period are not possible.
■Fees and Payment when Listing on the Resale Service
・If a resale is successful, the seller will receive the listing price minus the resale application fee (10% of the listing price) and the transfer processing fee (300 yen, excluding tax).
・Payments will be transferred to the registered account approximately two weeks after the end of the resold event.
■For Customers Purchasing Tickets through the Resale Service
・Payment method is credit card only.
・Ticket issuance method is QR ticket issuance only.
・In addition to the ticket price, a resale purchase fee (200 yen per ticket, excluding tax) will be charged separately.

■Notes
・You can cancel your listing yourself as long as the transaction has not been completed. Cancellations are not possible after the transaction has been completed.
・Please ensure that there are no errors in registering your account information for payment.
・Depending on the seat, there may be areas of the pitch, part of the bench, or players that are difficult to see. Ticket cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase.
・We do not offer changes to seat locations or refunds on the day of the match due to viewing environment issues. Please be aware of this in advance.
