For this renewal, the design and functionality of the "Antlers Red" club color have been revamped to make it easier for more people to wear during their daily work. By encouraging the wearing of these shirts on the day before and the day of home games, we aim to create opportunities for "red" to be seen throughout the town, fostering a sense of unity in the entire community as they prepare for the matches.
Background of the Activity and Purpose of the Renewal
This activity began in 2012 with the aim of having the club and the home town residents fight together as one through the wearing of the "Are you ready shirt." Under the slogan "Are you ready" (Are you ready for the match?), wearing Antlers Red is a symbol of the entire community's solidarity in battle. One of the main goals of this activity is to create a scene where more parts of the town are dyed "red" as home games approach, allowing residents to naturally recognize that "an Antlers home game is approaching." We have received cooperation in this initiative to create a sense of unity throughout the community, with the shirts being worn at city hall counters and cooperating stores in the five home towns, and even by the town councils of the home towns.

To further expand this "red" circle of solidarity, after more than 10 years since the activity began, we have discussed future developments and easier-to-wear shirt specifications with the Home Town Council. As a result, aiming for more people to wear them comfortably in their daily work, we have revamped the conventional T-shirt, reviewing its functionality and design, and transforming it into a button-front shirt that is easy to put on and take off.
About the New Design
The new shirt features buttons for easy on and off. Antlers Red is the base color, with navy, another club color, as an accent.
The gradient applied across the entire shirt expresses how the community and the club are layered together. This design embodies both the history of accumulated progress between the community and the club, and their stance toward a future where they will continue to walk together, intertwined.

The renewed shirts are scheduled to be worn by city halls and educational institutions in the five home towns (Kashima City, Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, and Hokota City).Furthermore, to further expand this "red" circle of solidarity throughout the home towns, in addition to existing collaborators, we will now recruit and distribute to businesses and stores within the home towns who agree with the purpose of this activity.
Kashima Antlers will continue to aim to be "a club loved and needed by the community" by visualizing the unity of the entire community and the club through the "Are you ready shirt" and contributing to creating an atmosphere where the community becomes one.

3) Must have a business location in Kashima City, Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, or Hokota City.
4) Must be able to pick up directly at ANTLERS OFFICIAL STORE CLUBHOUSE (no shipping available).
5) Must be able to wear the shirt on the day before and the day of home games.
