・In case of bad weather or other circumstances, the service may be suspended or orders may be canceled. In such cases, an announcement will be made by the facility or event organizer.
・If the service is suspended due to system issues, orders already placed may be canceled. In such cases, paid amounts will be refunded or payments will be canceled.
・Due to communication conditions, it may take time for your order to be completed. Do not click on other parts of the screen or close the browser until the completion screen is displayed.
・Alcoholic beverages are not sold to customers under 20 years of age or to drivers. If you order alcoholic beverages, we may ask for proof that you are 20 years of age or older at the time of handover.
・A reminder message will be sent to the SMS, email, or LINE selected for identity verification on the pickup day.
・Products can only be picked up on the date selected at the time of order.
・The selected time slot is the valid time for product pickup. Refunds will not be available for products not picked up within the specified time. Also, ordered products will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you close the browser or leave the page before the order completion screen is displayed, only the payment process may be completed, but that payment will be canceled within a few days. In such cases, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is by online payment only. Payment at pickup is not supported.
・If a receipt is required for credit card use, please enter your email address in the dedicated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
・If a receipt other than for credit card payment is required, please request it at the time of product pickup.
・This service system uses "Uricall" by U-Hub Co., Ltd., and online payment statements will show "Uricall".
・If you do not receive an SMS with a confirmation code during identity verification, please check your carrier's SMS reception settings.
・If you delete your browser's cookies, your order history may not be viewable. Please use in normal mode, not private mode.
・The recommended browsers are the latest versions of Safari and Chrome, and the recommended OS are the latest versions of iOS and Android OS. Feature phones cannot be used.
