Regarding same-day ticket sales at the stadium
On the match day, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium.

・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if any seat types are sold out, those seat types will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day tickets.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with ample time.
・Tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Tickets" even on the match day. The same-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Tickets".
■ For pre-school children
Pre-school children do not require a ticket, regardless of seating type, if they watch on an accompanying adult's lap (up to one pre-school child per adult). If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be needed.

■Sales of B Parking Tickets
・Mercari Stadium B parking tickets for regular cars will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Tickets". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the match day for the available number of parking spaces.
・On the match day, please go to the B parking entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the dedicated terminal of the staff to enter the parking lot.
・Due to the parking space, B parking can only be used by regular passenger cars.
