*The entire row of seats in front of you and the seats next to the aisle will always be empty. The empty seats in front can be used for luggage. The empty seats to your left and right cannot be used.
*In all cases, use with at least one elementary school-aged child is required. (Example) If you purchase a 3-person set, you can use it with "2 adults + 1 child" or "1 adult + 2 children."
*For pre-school children, one child per accompanying adult can watch on the adult's lap without a ticket. If a pre-school child requires a seat, a separate ticket must be purchased.

(1) From the match selection screen, select the target match (vs. FC Machida Zelvia).
(2) After selecting one of the seat types "Category 6 Family Seat - 2-person exchange ticket", "Category 6 Family Seat - 3-person exchange ticket", or "Category 6 Family Seat - 4-person exchange ticket", select the corresponding grade and ticket issuance method (QR ticket / paper ticket), and the desired number of tickets, then purchase the tickets.

・If tickets are sold out, day-of-match tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if certain seat types are sold out, those seat types will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing day-of-match tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the exact seat location.
・A handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the day-of-match ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. Please allow plenty of time when arriving if you plan to purchase tickets at the day-of-match ticket counter.
・Even on the match day, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Tickets." The day-of-match ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Tickets".
■For pre-school children
For pre-school children, if they are watching on the lap of an accompanying person, one pre-school child per accompanying person does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

■Sale of B Parking Tickets
・B parking tickets for standard vehicles at Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Parking tickets must be purchased in advance via "Kashima Tickets". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the available number of parking spaces.
・On the day of the match, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to space constraints, B parking lot is only available for standard passenger cars.
