■Payment Processing Fee
A fee of 330 yen will be charged for every 12 tickets.
・For 20-24 tickets purchased: 660 yen
・For 25-36 tickets purchased: 990 yen
・For 37-48 tickets purchased: 1,320 yen

How to Apply
1) Application
・Please fill out the necessary information on the dedicated group ticket form to apply.

2) Payment and Issuance
・Within 5 days of your application, we will send a payment slip number (13 digits) to the email address registered during your application.
・Please present the payment slip number at the 7-Eleven store counter, pay the ticket fee, and receive your tickets.
*For customers requesting bus parking, we will also inform you about the availability of bus parking. The information will include a form to enter details about the bus that will be parked on the day, so please fill in the required information.
3) Entry
On the day of the match, please hold the barcode portion of your ticket over the gate terminal for entry.
Notes
・If your desired seat type is sold out at the time of application, we will not be able to provide tickets. Even if there are remaining seats, if we cannot secure the desired number of seats or if the seats are scattered, a representative will contact you.・When applying, area designation (e.g., south side, north side) is not possible. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Changes or cancellations after application cannot be accepted.
・One "payment slip number" is issued for every 12 tickets. If you do not receive the "payment slip number" within 5 business days after your application, there may be a communication problem. Please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
・If the payment deadline provided is exceeded, the tickets you applied for will become invalid.
・Tickets cannot be reissued, changed, or refunded under any circumstances. Please be careful not to lose them.
・Bus parking spaces are limited. It may not be available at the time of application. Please be aware of this in advance.
・If the group supports the visitor team and wears their merchandise, due to security reasons, their parking area will be different from other groups. If this applies to your group, please be sure to indicate it on the application form.
・Even if you apply for "West Zone (Unreserved) Elementary School Age and Under" or "East Zone (Unreserved) Elementary School Age and Under" tickets, which are part of the "Free for All Elementary School Children at All Home Games Nationwide" policy, a payment processing fee will still apply. Also, if you only apply for these eligible seat types, we may contact you to confirm the purchase of tickets for accompanying adults.
