(1) From the match selection screen on "Kashima Ticket", please select "2025 Opening 3-Match Ticket Set".(2) Select your desired seat type, then choose your membership grade and the number of tickets, and purchase the exchange voucher. After selecting your membership grade, you can choose your desired seat by selecting "Specify seat".

■How to exchange tickets
Please bring your purchased "2025 Opening 3-Match Ticket Set" (QR ticket or paper ticket) to the same-day ticket sales counter outside the stadium on the match day. One exchange voucher will be exchanged for admission tickets for the three target matches.
■Entry method
Please hold the QR code printed on the admission ticket (original ticket surface) that you receive over the gate terminal to enter. No ticket tearing will occur.
■Ticket exchange time and location
February 22 (Sat) 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1 hour before opening - second half kick-off)

※Ticket exchange will also be available on the day of the Niigata match (2/26) and the FC Tokyo match (3/1), from one hour before opening until the second half kick-off. Please note that no refunds will be given for matches that are not attended.
■Notes
・You cannot enter the stadium with the "exchange voucher" issued at the time of purchase. Please be sure to visit the same-day ticket sales counter to receive your admission ticket before entering.
・Category 2, Category 4, and Category 6 are all reserved seats. Please specify your seat position by selecting "Specify seat" when purchasing on "Kashima Ticket". If you choose "Proceed to quantity selection without specifying seat" and complete the purchase, it may not be possible to be seated next to each other. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after purchase.
・Sales will end once the planned number of tickets has been reached.
・If some of the target matches are canceled or postponed, you can use this ticket to watch the alternative matches. However, please note that refunds for only a portion of the matches will not be offered.
・In the event of loss or damage, exchange vouchers and admission tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your tickets carefully.
・After exchange, if you do not bring the admission ticket for each match, you will not be able to enter, so please be aware of this in advance.
