After visiting Kashima Jingu Shrine, indulge in Ibaraki's local delicacies
On November 1st, "Kashimadachidokoro Sasamoto" opened as the second branch of "Okonomiyaki Fuufu" (which was previously introduced in Freaks) in a store located next to the Kashima Jingu Shrine parking lot. They offer clam curry made with a generous amount of local specialty clams and Hitachi beef bowls, all at reasonable prices that you won't find anywhere else. With many visitors from outside the prefecture coming to the shrine for New Year's prayers, this is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy local flavors after their visit. Takeout is also available! The manager has been making okonomiyaki at Kashima Stadium for many years, so he should be familiar to supporters. Please stop by when you visit to give thanks for a championship or to pray for victory in 2017!
