Futsal Report

The MIX & Beginner Tournament was held on Sunday, March 15th, at the Antlers Clubhouse Ground.

【Tournament Format & Rules】
・Five teams played a round-robin tournament, with rankings determined by points.
・An enjoyable tournament for beginner or MIX teams.
・Participating teams were either beginner teams with at least one beginner or a player aged 40 or over constantly on the field, or MIX teams with at least one female player (if there are two female players, 6 players can be on the field).
・Matches were 7 minutes per half.
・Back passes were allowed.
・Goals scored by female players counted as 2 points.
・MIX teams could change to an all-male beginner team mid-match.

The tournament was held on a day with occasional light rain.

Participating teams included "Cat's Eye," "Meeh," and "Girigiri Boys" as beginner teams, and "FC Ryuga" and "Pink Panther" as MIX teams.
It was a very exciting tournament to see what strategies each team would employ and how they would fight to win, whether as an all-male beginner team or a MIX team with the advantage of female players.

The first match, between the two MIX teams "FC Ryuga" and "Pink Panther," immediately offered a dramatic turn of events.

"Pink Panther" scored first and then added another goal, taking a two-point lead. However, "FC Ryuga" quickly scored a point back, signaling a comeback. Then, a female player who was positioned upfront scored, successfully taking the lead! It seemed "FC Ryuga" would win, but "Pink Panther" equalized. Furthermore, "Pink Panther"'s female player scored again, successfully regaining the lead!

Despite not giving up, "FC Ryuga" scored one back, but the game ended there. "Pink Panther" won 4-5."Pink Panther" continued their winning streak, and after four matches, they were tied in points with "Meeh". The winner would be decided by the result of the final match.

In the fateful final match, "Pink Panther" defeated "Girigiri Boys" by one point, and "Meeh" defeated "FC Ryuga" by one point, leading to the championship being decided by goal difference. As a result, "Pink Panther" magnificently claimed victory, bringing the tournament to a close.
