*Please participate with 5 to 10 members per team.
[Special Rules]
・If two women are playing, they will be counted as one player (while two women are playing, a total of six players, including men, can play).
・Goals scored by women will be counted as 2 points.
[Application Form]
*A J.LEAGUE ID is required for application.
*If you do not have a J.LEAGUE ID, you can register for one on the application form. Please select "Acquire and Apply".

Until 23:59 on Thursday, May 18th
*Please note that applications may close before the deadline if the maximum number of participants is reached.
[Other]
・In case of cancellation on the day, we will notify you by email or phone by 12:00.
・We will provide first aid for injuries on the day, but please note that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
[COVID-19 Measures Guidelines]
You cannot participate if any of the following apply:
1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or shows suspected symptoms.
2) If the participant has been identified as a close contact by the public health center (does not include cases where the isolation period has ended after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, no matter how slight, please refrain from participating.
