We will be holding the "Enjoy MIX Futsal Tournament in Tsukuba" for adults at the Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Academy Center on Sunday, March 26th.
Special tournament rules will apply to make it easy for women to participate! Of course, participation by men only is also welcome.

[Participation Fee]
¥11,000 (tax included) / team
*Only cashless payments are accepted. Various credit cards, transportation IC cards (Suica, Pasmo), WAON, iD, and QR payments (d払い/Merpay) are available.
[Number of Teams]
8 teams
*Please participate with 5 to 10 players per team.
[Special Rules]
・If 2 women participate, they will count as 1 player (a total of 6 players, including men, can play while 2 women are on the field).
・Goals scored by women will count as 2 points.
[Application Form]
*A J.League ID is required to apply.
*If you do not have a J.League ID, you can register for a new one on the application form. Please select "Register and Apply".

Until 23:59 on Saturday, March 18th
*Please note that applications may close before the deadline if the maximum number of participants is reached.
[About Parking]
We will inform you separately once the participating teams have been decided.
[Other]
・In case of cancellation on the day, we will notify you by email or phone by 12:00.
・We will provide first aid for injuries on the day, but please understand that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.
・Photos and videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
[COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. You also cannot participate if you have symptoms such as difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply within 1 week prior to the day of participation:
1) You or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has experienced the symptoms mentioned above.
2) You are identified as a close contact by a public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period for a close contact has ended), or you are awaiting the results of a close contact determination.
3) The organization you belong to (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to an outbreak of COVID-19.
Also, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) You can disclose your activity record for the past 2 weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the organizers regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle or water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
