This time, we start with the "Muscle Duo" of Ikeda and Sakamoto!

The previous performance of the Misawa and Manome duo was so impactful that they were reluctant to go next, but after a thorough discussion, they changed their kicking direction and started.

Ikeda himself was the most surprised by his first successful attempt (lol).

photo

After that, he scored with a powerful header...

photo

photo

Ikeda finished with "2 points" after scoring a brilliant goal.

Then, Sakamoto took his turn, but...

photo

photo

photo

He scored with a powerful header that shook the board, and it looked like he was gaining momentum. However...

photo

photo

photo

Sakamoto scored "1 point" as his last attempt hit the goal board.

photo

The total score became [3 points] with Ikeda at "2 points" and Sakamoto at "1 point".
(Ogura's pumped fist, having tied the score, ended up in the frame (lol)).

photo

The last group is the "Intelligence Duo" of Hirayama and Shimada.
You can feel the intelligence from their pose (lol).

photo

This duo, in fact, seemed to have strategized quite a bit and started early.

photo

Hirayama's kick, known for his incredibly accurate left foot, was...

photo

photo

It traced a beautiful arc and hit the wall...

photo

and quietly was sucked into the goal!

photo

While Shimada cheered, Hirayama stoically watched the ball enter the goal (lol).

photo

photo

photo

After that, Hirayama calmly scored goals in exactly the same way.
The only difference was Shimada's suppressed joy (lol).

photo

photo

photo

photo

He scored "3 points" with a solid header, but he seemed satisfied, not showing any change in expression.
Shimada was desperately trying to hold back his joy (lol).

photo

Now it was Shimada's turn to aim for the goal.

photo

photo

photo

Misawa, currently tied with 3 total points, tried to disrupt Shimada's concentration, but Shimada remained unfazed.
The kicked ball was...

photo

photo

photo

He was indeed shaken (lol).
Missing the last ball would mean getting drawn into extra time with the lower-ranked group, so this was a crucial shot.

photo

His powerful header, not what you'd expect from a goalkeeper, was...

photo

It bounced back powerfully from the wall...

photo

and hit the dead center of the lower platform...

photo

and was sucked into the goal!!

photo

Both of them were overjoyed by this!
They showed expressions rarely seen before.
On the other hand, Ogura and Misawa, from the lower group with "3 points," looked displeased (lol).

The result was Hirayama with "3 points" and Shimada with "1 point", for a total of [4 points].

The results for all teams were clearly divided.
3 points: 【Ogura & Iki Pair】, 【Misawa & Manome Pair】, 【Sakamoto & Ikeda Pair】
4 points: 【Oyama & Nagayama Pair】, 【Hirayama & Shimada Pair】
It was a close game, but since the players wanted to determine the last-place team, extra time was decided upon!

That's all for this Teqball Report!

Next time, we'll bring you the heated extra time, the [last-place decider]!
