“Similar to yesterday, the match was played in a different climate than Japan, on a soft pitch. The opposing team was slightly less skilled than yesterday, allowing us to score early and play with composure. We showed good plays throughout and were able to secure a victory. However, given that our goal is to become professional players and that we are trying to improve our weaknesses on this tour, I would have liked to see each individual be more proactive and try harder.”
ThaiBev Football Academy, where the match was held, is a facility of the Thai beverage manufacturer "ThaiBev" and usually runs a soccer school twice a week for elementary and junior high school students.
We were specially allowed to use it as a match venue this time. The facility had excellent training equipment, amenities, and pitch conditions.
