Kashima Youth's expedition to Spain is now on its 8th day, and this morning started with a run around the hotel. It began to rain just before they started running.
After breakfast at the hotel, they headed out for some sightseeing.
The first stop was the home stadium of Real Madrid, Estadio Santiago Bernabéu.
They walked around the stadium and then headed to the Real Madrid shop next door. Unfortunately, it was before opening hours, so they couldn't enter the store and moved to the city center.
In the city, they had free time for shopping and exploring.
They took a commemorative photo with the Invisible Man in the square.
After sightseeing, they had lunch at the hotel and then departed to watch a match. The third match in Spain was Atlético Madrid vs. Celta. The Wanda Metropolitano Stadium is a new stadium that just had its inaugural match, the La Liga Round 4 match against Málaga.
There was an Atlético Madrid shop at the stadium, where they could also do some shopping.
After shopping, they entered the stadium and watched the match. It was a very beautiful stadium with a roof.
