Notification of "New Year! Mini Soccer Tournament in Namegata" (January 7) for children from mid-year to 6th grade elementary school.

On Saturday, January 7, 2023, we will hold a "Mini Soccer Tournament," a first-kick event for 2023, for children from pre-school age to 6th grade elementary school students at Namegata Aso Sports Park Multipurpose Ground.

On the day, teams will be formed from the participants and matches will be played. Parents and children can also participate together. Please invite your friends and let's enjoy soccer together! We look forward to your participation!

[Target]
Pre-school age to 6th grade elementary school students and guardians
*Adults cannot participate alone.

[Capacity]
Approximately 20 people per grade

[Participation Fee]
500 yen (tax included) / person
*An additional 500 yen (tax included) for each additional person

[What to bring]
Clothes suitable for soccer, water bottle, ball, change of clothes
*Balls can be borrowed

[Other Precautions]
・In the event of cancellation on the day, we will notify you by email or phone by 11:00.
・We will provide first aid for injuries on the day, but we ask each household to handle subsequent matters. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be posted on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you consent to this.

[Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures]
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. In addition, those with shortness of breath, fatigue, lethargy, or other symptoms including abnormalities in taste or smell cannot participate.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant is identified by a public health center as a close contact (does not include those who have completed their isolation period after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of COVID-19 infections within the organization.

In addition, please strictly observe the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions if the management issues warnings regarding preventative measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' items (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
