[Guidelines for New Coronavirus Countermeasures]
Please make sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years old and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. In addition, you cannot participate if you have shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort, including abnormalities in taste or smell.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If a person has tested positive for COVID-19, or if the person themselves or a cohabitant has symptoms that fall under the above.
2) If the participant themselves is a close contact identified by a public health center (excluding cases where they were identified as a close contact but have completed the isolation period), or is awaiting close contact determination.
3) If an organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infected person.
In addition, please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose to the club your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowding. Follow instructions if the management issues warnings regarding preventative measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
