Mini Soccer Tournament in Namegata for 3rd-6th Graders (June 29)

On Wednesday, June 29th, we will be holding the "Mini Soccer Tournament in Namegata" for elementary school students in grades 3-6 at the Namegata Aso Athletic Field Multipurpose Ground.

Any elementary school student in grades 3-6 is welcome to participate. Also, if you invite a friend to participate, we have a "friend referral" gift ready for you (not applicable for students already enrolled in our school).

If you are participating through a friend's referral, please write the friend's name in the remarks column.
Please note that if the event cannot be continued due to deteriorating weather conditions after it has started, the participation fee will not be refunded. A similar event will be held on a different date.

[Notes]
・Please arrive at the venue on time.
・Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・In the event of an injury during practice, we will provide first aid only. After that, it will be your responsibility, and the club will not be held liable. For students enrolled in our school, sports insurance will cover it.
・Please register for 'Amabie-chan' which will be displayed at the venue on the day of the event.

[Guidelines for COVID-19 Countermeasures]
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort including abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
2) If the participant themselves is identified by the public health center as a close contact (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within that organization.

Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions if the management gives warnings regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hands.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
