・Please register for "Amabie-chan," which will be displayed at the venue on the day of the event.
・The event will be held in light rain; it will be canceled in case of heavy rain or severe weather.
・In case of cancellation, we will contact you via email by 8:00 AM on the day of the event.
・First aid will be provided for injuries during practice, but thereafter, each family will be responsible for their own care.

【COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or minors (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, individuals experiencing difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort, including abnormalities in taste or smell, will not be allowed to participate.
You will not be allowed to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or exhibited symptoms consistent with it.
2) If the participant is identified as a close contact by the public health center (excluding those who have completed the isolation period after being identified as a close contact) or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.
In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from event staff regarding preventative measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (always write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hands.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
