[Payment Method]
・After completing your application, click the URL in the payment guidance email you receive and complete the payment procedure on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After the payment procedure is completed, you will receive a "Ticket application details confirmation" email from J.League Ticket.
*In addition to various credit card payments, you can also choose to pay at Seven-Eleven stores.
*A system usage fee of 110 yen/ticket, an issuance fee of 110 yen/ticket, and a settlement fee of 220 yen/transaction (only for payments at Seven-Eleven) will be charged separately.
[How to Issue Tryout Participation Tickets]
・Please issue your "tryout participation ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
*For credit card payments (including d-払い, Rakuten Pay, Yahoo! Wallet), you cannot issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours later to prevent unauthorized use.
*If you wish to issue tickets within 24 hours due to an approaching deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven".
・On the day of the tryouts, please submit the "tryout participation ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven and the "health check sheet" at the reception desk.
*Please note that refunds for cancellations after payment cannot be made.
[Measures to Prevent COVID-19 Infection]
To prevent COVID-19 infection when participating in the tryouts, please take your temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet for two weeks prior to and including the day of the tryouts.
Please print and fill out the sheet below and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

*It is mandatory for participating players and accompanying guardians (up to one guardian per player) to submit the sheet.
[COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If instructed by the management, follow their instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
8) After the event, promptly withdraw and return home.

・Acquisition of a J.League ID (free) is required for application.
・If you wish to participate in tryouts at multiple schools, please apply for each school separately (a participation fee of 3,500 yen (tax included) is required per school).
・Please be sure to take your temperature before departing. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, you will not be allowed to participate.
・Guardian spectators are limited to one guardian per player (guardians are also requested to fill out the health check sheet).
・Please wear a mask at all times inside the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary physical contact between players (handshakes, high-fives, etc.).
・No further guidance or notifications will be provided after application. Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the tryouts.
・If you are unable to attend the tryouts on the scheduled date, please enter this in the "Remarks" section of the application input form. We will consider your request.
・In case of severe weather, an announcement will be posted on the Antlers official website by 22:00 the day before the tryouts.
・For injuries during the tryouts, only first aid will be provided. Subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be responsible.
