Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth Tryouts for the 2023 Season

We would like to announce that the Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth tryouts for the 2023 season will be held as follows.

Reception: 15:00, Tryouts: 16:00-19:00 (Held even in rain)

*Please choose only one of the above dates. Multiple applications are not allowed.
*Each session has a limited number of participants. Registration will close once the capacity is reached.

[Payment Method]
・Click the URL in the payment guidance email sent after completing your application and proceed with payment on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After payment is completed, you will receive an email titled "Ticket Application Confirmation" from J.League Ticket.
*Payment can be made via various credit cards or at Seven-Eleven stores.
*A system usage fee of 110 yen per ticket, a ticketing fee of 110 yen per ticket, and a payment processing fee of 220 yen per transaction (only for Seven-Eleven payments) will be charged separately.

[How to Issue Tryout Participation Tickets]
・Please issue your "Tryout Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
*For credit card payments (including d払い, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven for 24 hours after payment to prevent fraudulent use.
*If you need to issue the ticket within 24 hours due to an approaching deadline, please choose "Pay at Seven-Eleven."

・On the day of the tryout, please submit your "Tryout Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven and your "Health Check Sheet" at the reception.
*Please note that refunds for cancellations after payment cannot be made.

[Measures Against New Coronavirus Infection]
To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, participants are asked to take their temperature every morning and fill out a health check sheet for two weeks prior to and including the day of the tryout.

Please print and fill out the sheet below and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

[Guidelines for New Coronavirus Measures]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.

If the participant or a cohabitant experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, the participant will not be allowed to participate. Those requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace will not be allowed to participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose without a tissue.
8) Leave promptly after the event.

[Other]
・A J.League ID (free of charge) is required for application.
・If you wish to participate in tryouts for multiple schools, please apply for each school separately (a participation fee of 3,500 yen (tax included) is required per school).
・No further guidance or notifications will be sent after application. Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the tryout.
・If you are unable to attend the tryouts on the scheduled date, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section of the application form. We will consider your request.
・In case of severe weather, an announcement will be posted on the Antlers Official Website by 22:00 the day before the tryout.
・The Tsukuba Academy Center parking lot is not available. Please use paid parking lots near Tsukuba Express Midorino Station. Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・First aid will be provided for injuries during the tryouts. Subsequent medical expenses will be your responsibility, and the club will not be liable.

[Tsukuba Junior Youth Activities]
■Practice Days
Approximately 5 days a week, primarily Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
