Notice of Tryouts for the Norte Area Enhancement Course and Special Course (for students entering 3rd to 6th grade) for the 2021 Fiscal Year

We would like to inform you that we will be holding tryouts for the Kenpoku Training Course and Special Course (Hitachi, Hitachinaka, Takahagi, Hitachiomiya, and Hitachi-Orikasa schools).
※Please note that current students in the Training or Special Courses will not be required to participate in the tryouts.

New 3rd and 4th graders (current 2nd and 3rd graders)
Saturday, March 6, 2021, meet at 13:20, 13:40-15:00
New 5th and 6th graders (current 4th and 5th graders)
Saturday, March 6, 2021, meet at 15:10, 15:20-16:40

Hitachinaka City General Sports Park Recreation Area (49 Shinkocho, Hitachinaka City)

[Participation Fee]
・School members: Free
・Non-school members (general applicants): 1,000 yen (tax included) (collected in cash on the day of the tryout)

[Regarding Results]
We will contact you within two weeks after the tryouts.
・School members: Notification via Sgrum
・General applicants (non-school members): Notification by postal mail
※Successful applicants will begin activities from April 2021.

[What to bring]
Clothing suitable for playing soccer (ball not required), cleats, drinks
※Please be sure to write your name on all belongings.

Kenpoku Training Course
New 3rd and 4th graders: Held every Tuesday and Friday
Tuesday: 17:10-18:30, Friday: 18:40-20:00
※Activities will be held twice a week from April 2021.
※Participation twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) or once a week (either Tuesday or Friday) is possible.

New 5th and 6th graders: Held every Tuesday and Wednesday
Tuesday: 18:40-20:00, Wednesday: 18:40-20:00
※Activities will be held twice a week from April 2021.
※The venue for Wednesday will be Takahama Sports Park (1-42 Takahamacho, Takahagi City).
※Participation twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or once a week (either Tuesday or Wednesday) is possible.

・For injuries sustained on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of each family.
・If you are unable to attend the tryouts, please write "Request for different date" in the remarks section. You will be asked to participate in the regular Kenpoku Training Course or Special Course practices after the tryout date. We will contact you by phone using the contact information provided in your application to arrange a new date.
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" displayed at the venue on the day of the event.

[Measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to self-isolate by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
