School students: Free
Non-school students (general applicants): 1,000 yen (tax included) (collected in cash on the day)

※Successful applicants will start activities from April 2021.
[What to Bring]
Soccer attire (ball not required), cleats, drinks
※Please be sure to write your name on all items.
[Other]
・In case of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be handled by each family.
・If you cannot attend the selection committee, please write " 別日希望 (Wish for another day)" in the remarks column. You will participate in the regular practice of the Hitachi School Special Course after the selection committee date. We will adjust the schedule by phone to the contact information you provided.
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" which will be displayed at the venue on the day.
[Measures to Prevent the Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, malaise, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as school) or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) Promptly leave and return home after completion.
