Group ticket information for customers attending as a group.

Please consider these tickets for your company, school, or group outings.

Terms of Use and Services Provided

This applies to groups purchasing 20 or more tickets for the same seating category.

You can purchase tickets at the advance price for members/fan club members.

If your group is visiting by private bus, we will provide a dedicated parking space (free of charge).

This is ¥500-¥1,000 cheaper per ticket than purchasing at the general advance price!

■About Payment Fees
A fee of 330 yen will be charged for every 12 tickets.
・For purchases of 20 to 24 tickets: 660 yen
・For purchases of 25 to 36 tickets: 990 yen
・For purchases of 37 to 48 tickets: 1,320 yen

How to apply for, receive, and use group tickets

1. Application
Click the "Team Ticket Application" button below to proceed to the dedicated form, fill in the required information, and submit your application.

2. Payment/Issuance
Within 5 days of your application, we will send a payment slip number (13 digits) to the email address you registered during the application.
Please present the payment slip number at the 7-Eleven store register, pay for your tickets, and receive your tickets.
*For customers who require bus parking, we will also inform you about the availability of bus parking. The information will also include a form for you to enter information about the buses that will be parked on the day of the match, so please fill in the required information. Please fill in the required information on the dedicated bus registration form by 3 days before the match day. After submitting the form, your reservation is complete upon confirmation from our representative.

3. Attendance
On the day of the match, please hold the barcode portion of your ticket over the gate terminal to enter.

*This may not be implemented for all matches. In addition, the target seat types, seating arrangements, and prices may change. Please check the ticket sales outline for each match for details.

*This will not be implemented for home games held on weekdays. If it is implemented, it will be announced separately in the ticket sales notification for each match.
・Seat types other than those listed above are not eligible.

・If your desired seat type is sold out at the time of application, we will not be able to provide tickets.
・You cannot specify an area (south side, north side, etc.) when applying. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after application.
・A "payment slip number" will be issued for every 12 tickets. If you do not receive a "payment slip number" within 5 business days after your application, there may be a communication problem. Please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
・If the payment deadline provided is exceeded, the tickets you applied for will become invalid.
・Tickets cannot be reissued, changed, or refunded under any circumstances. Please be careful not to lose them.
・Bus parking spaces are limited. It may not be available at the time of application. Please be aware of this in advance.
・For groups cheering with visitor team goods, the parking lot may be different from other groups due to security reasons. If this applies to you, please be sure to fill in the required information in the application form.
・A settlement fee will be incurred even if you apply for "East Zone - General Admission (Elementary School Age and Younger)" tickets, which are eligible for the "Free for all elementary school students at home games by Mercari" initiative. Also, if you apply only for eligible seat types, we may contact you to confirm the purchase of tickets for accompanying adults.

To customers who wish to use the bus parking area

Groups who have purchased group tickets and wish to use the bus parking lot must reserve parking by following the steps below.

1. Register bus information and complete reservation
・Please fill in the necessary information on the dedicated form below at least 3 days before the match day.
・After registering the form, the reservation will be complete upon receiving guidance from the person in charge.

2. Parking instructions on the day of the match
・Groups supporting Antlers should use Parking Lot A, and groups supporting the visitor team should use Parking Lot B.
・Please follow the instructions of staff regarding parking positions within the lot. Please note that parking lots other than the designated ones are private parking lots and are subject to a fee.

※Purchasing and issuing group tickets alone does not allow you to use the bus parking lot. Please be sure to fill in the necessary information on the dedicated form.
※The match day is expected to be very crowded. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

■ For those who only wish to use the group bus parking lot
Groups who have purchased 20 or more tickets through Kashiticke can also apply to use the bus parking lot if there is availability. Please fill in the necessary information on the form below. If available, we will notify you via the registered email address.
