Kashima Antlers FC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates the Kashima Antlers Call Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Fan Club") and handles personal information (information that can identify a specific individual), such as customers' names, genders, dates of birth, phone numbers, and email addresses, according to the following policy.
 

(1) The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, implements strict security measures under the supervision of a responsible manager, and manages personal information appropriately.
 

(2) Personal information may be used to respond to inquiries, send and provide tickets, products, and services that have been applied for, as well as for announcements, information provision, surveys, research, creation of statistical materials and marketing materials from the Company, publication in yearbooks, and research, planning, and development related to these businesses. Please note that even if you withdraw from the Fan Club, your personal information may still be used for the same purposes.
 

(3) The Company will not provide the aforementioned personal information to third parties without the customer's consent.
(However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.)
 

(4) The Company responds to requests for disclosure, correction, etc., of personal information held by the Company.
 

(5) Inquiries regarding the handling and management of personal information disclosure, correction, etc., are accepted at the Kashima Antlers Call Center below.
