Privacy Policy Regarding LINE App Services

Kashima Antlers F.C. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles user personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the J.League ID Terms of Use stipulated by the J.League, and the "Privacy Policy Regarding LINE App Services" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") set forth below, in connection with the LINE Mini App Services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by the Company.

1. Acquisition of User Information

The Company acquires the following information (including personal information, hereinafter referred to as "User Information") from users of this Service:

(1) User identifier related to LINE account
(2) Location information (However, the Company acquires location information only when the user is located within 500 meters from the center of the stadium where this Service is used.)
(3) Device information
(4) IP address
(5) Access logs for this Service
(6) Other user-related information specified by the Company

2. Purpose of Use of User Information

The Company uses acquired User Information for the purposes set forth in the following items for the Japan Professional Football League (hereinafter referred to as "J.League") and the Company:

(1) For the provision of the Company's products and services, communication, and important notifications such as changes to related terms and conditions
(2) To aid in the development, provision, maintenance, and improvement of the Company's products and services, other login-enabled service providers, and J.League partners or Company partners (hereinafter referred to as "Partners")' products and services
(3) For the development, distribution/provision, and performance confirmation of advertisements for the Company's products and services, other login-enabled service providers, and Partners' products and services
(4) For identity verification and authentication services
(5) For conducting surveys, prize contests, and campaigns
(6) For marketing research, statistics, and analysis
(7) For system maintenance and responding to user inquiries
(8) For preventing fraudulent or potentially illegal activities
(9) For enforcing the Company's terms of use
(10) For other purposes stipulated in the respective services of the J.League and each company

3. Provision of User Information to Third Parties

The Company may provide User Information to third parties in the cases set forth in the following items:

(1) When the consent of the user of this Service has been obtained
When the consent of the user of this Service has been obtained, the Company may provide User Information to third-party companies, organizations, or individuals.
(2) Provision to subcontractors
The Company may provide User Information to third-party subcontractors who provide services such as data analysis, email transmission, hosting services, and customer service on behalf of the Company, and to third-party subcontractors who support the J.League's marketing efforts.
(3) Provision to Partners
User Information may be provided to Partners for the purposes set forth in Article 2, Items 2, 5, or 6.

  Some User Information may be provided to LINE Corporation for the provision of this Service.
• 2. Provision to the Japan Football Association and the Football Association Group
  User Information may be provided to the Japan Football Association and the Football Association Group for the following purposes:
  Provision of information regarding services provided by the Japan Football Association and the Football Association Group
  Marketing research, statistics, and analysis
• 3. Provision to Third-Party Advertisers
  The Company may provide (i) specific technical information (including IP addresses), (ii) non-personally identifiable statistical information, and (iii) non-personally identifiable information about service usage to third-party advertisers (hereinafter referred to as "Third-Party Advertisers"). Users agree that such information may be used by the Company or Third-Party Advertisers for user trend analysis, demographic analysis, web analysis, and for behavioral targeting advertisements to users.
• 4. Legal Reasons
  Within and outside the user's country of residence, it may be necessary for the Company to disclose User Information based on laws, regulations, legal procedures, or requests from public or governmental bodies. The Company may disclose User Information when it determines, based on law, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing its terms of use, or for the protection of the J.League, the Company's operations, or users.
• 5. Sale or Merger
  In the event of reorganization, merger, or transfer, all or part of the User Information acquired by the Company may be transferred to related parties.

4. Joint Use of User Information

The Company may jointly use User Information as set forth in the following items:

(1) Scope of joint users
J.League and the Company
(2) Items of information to be jointly used
All information in Item 1 (User Information)
(3) Purpose of joint use
The purposes in Item 2 and the provision of the Company's products and services
(4) Administrator responsible for joint use
The Company

5. Others

In addition to what is stipulated in this Policy, the Company shall handle User Information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and the J.League ID Terms of Use.
