Cherry Blossom Festival

Around the stadium and within the grounds of Bokuden-no-Sato Sports Park, approximately 1,000 cherry trees, planted in 2003 as part of Kashima City's "Cherry Blossom Homeland Creation Project to Commemorate the Soccer World Cup" (1,000 Cherry Tree Planting Project), are now magnificently grown.
In early April, when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, a cherry blossom festival will be held. Stalls will also be set up on weekends during the festival, so please enjoy cherry blossom viewing with the magnificent stadium as a backdrop.
