As part of "Sustainability Match ~Always the Same Dream~", we are planning sustainability-themed content in cooperation with our official partner, Mercari, Inc.

Event Details

1. Clothing Collection at PASSTO Unwanted Item Collection Boxes

We will install PASSTO, a resource recycling service operated by ECOMMIT Co., Ltd., in our booth to collect unwanted clothing. The collected unwanted items will be sorted by ECOMMIT and then reused or recycled. Please bring any clothes you no longer wear at home.
In addition, those who bring unwanted clothing will receive an original Nekoposu cardboard box that can be used for shipping with the flea market app "Mercari."
*Eligible clothing includes tops, bottoms, jackets, coats, skirts, towels, children's clothes, and baby clothes.
*Soiled items cannot be collected.
*One Nekoposu cardboard box will be given per person (distribution will end once the planned quantity has been reached).

2. Reuse Discovery Lab

Mercari's R&D organization, "R4D," will use AI-powered conversations to help you discover hidden reusable items around you and visualize actions to make reusing more enjoyable through manga.

3. Hands-on Experience with Reusable Educational Materials

We will demonstrate educational materials that allow you to experience the joy of reuse through the flea market app "Mercari." The first participants will receive the educational material "Mercari Observation Notebook."
In addition, participants will receive an original Nekoposu cardboard box that can be used for shipping with the flea market app "Mercari."
*This content is for elementary school students.
*Only one Nekoposu cardboard box will be given per person (distribution will end once the planned quantity has been reached).

4. Presentation of panels on reducing clothing waste and greenhouse gas emissions

This panel exhibit will explain how much clothing waste and greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced by reusing items on Mercari.
