For Wheelchair Users
■Information on Wheelchair Seating
We offer wheelchair seating tickets for wheelchair users as a dedicated viewing space. Please note that one attendant may enter free of charge.
How to Use Wheelchair Seating
■Ticket Purchase ~ Advance Contact
Please purchase wheelchair seating tickets from "Kashima Tickets" and contact the call center in advance.
*The number of wheelchair seats is limited. Please contact us immediately after purchasing your tickets.

【Reception Period】
From the ticket release date (SÓCIO advance sale) for each match until two days before the match day.
【Dedicated Wheelchair Parking】
You may use Parking Lot D. Please inform the call center of your wish to use the parking lot when you contact them about using the wheelchair seating. Use is limited to one vehicle per person.
*The capacity is limited. Please note that use may not be possible if the lot is full.
■Information on Match Day
Please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair gate in the dedicated wheelchair parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the backstand side outside the stadium. After reception, you can enter through the dedicated wheelchair gate on the 5th gate side. At that time, we will provide you with the attendant's ticket (QR).


・Wheelchair seats allow temporary exit and re-entry through the dedicated wheelchair gate. For details, please see here.
・In case of rain, you may get wet, so please prepare raincoats or ponchos.

【Movement within the stadium】
You can use elevators to move within the stadium.

【Wheelchair Facilities】
Dedicated wheelchair restrooms are located in the area past the dedicated wheelchair gate. Staff at the dedicated wheelchair gate will guide you to the exact location.
*There are no dedicated wheelchair restrooms in the stadium concourse.

■Inquiries about attending matches
If you have a physical disability or require support to attend a match, please contact the call center in advance.
In addition, the number of elevators and barrier-free restrooms is limited, so their use is restricted to certain individuals. If you wish to use them, please contact the call center in advance.
*When you inquire, we may ask for confirmation such as a disability certificate or medical certificate.
